The 2025 MHA & MRFA Show will take place on Tuesday, April 22nd at the Victoria Inn Hotel - Winnipeg. There is free parking for 800 cars on site.

Move-in Details
Hours: Move-in hours will be Monday, April 21, 2025 from 12 noon - 6 p.m. (No appointment times required.) Show hours are from 10am - 4pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Move-out time is immediately after the show ends.
Location: Move-in will be through the south (furthest from the street) doors of the building. All doors are level access. No elevators, no ramps. Multiple doors will be available. We encourage you to move product and equipment directly to/from your vehicle parking spot in the lot to your booth.
